Defense:
Whether a potential legal threat arises in the course of pre-publication legal review, in connection with a transaction, or otherwise, BC Media Law counsels clients and participates in litigation avoidance and dispute resolution activities as well as subpoena and discovery matters, working closely with a specialist litigator as needed.
Offense:
When a client believes that their rights have been violated, the firm strategically advises on the merits and risks of asserting a legal claim and guides on pre-litigation activities.
